Echoes of the Frost Temple* is a Norse-inspired horror tale about the price of ambition. Erik, a photographer who has lost almost everything, travels to the Temple of Hrafnhildr hoping to capture a series of images that will salvage his crumbling career. He believes that if he can just capture that one extraordinary moment, everything can be redeemed. But the place he enters is no ordinary ruin. Beneath the aurora, the ancient temple is guarded by Sigrún—a cursed priestess who has maintained a seal against darkness for millennia. When Erik uses modern technology to hunt for her image, he unwittingly turns his light into the very thing that shatters the sacred ritual. What began as a desperate photographic quest transforms into a nightmarish fight for survival. Erik must confront ancient spirits, the darkness lurking beneath the ice, and—above all—himself: a man so consumed by looking through a lens that he has forgotten how to truly see.
